A fresh planning application has been submitted in a bid to build two homes in a village near Ipswich.
Phil Cobbold Planning Ltd has submitted proposals to East Suffolk Council on behalf of the applicant for land off Mill Road in Newbourne, south of Martlesham.
A previous application for the scheme had been blocked by East Suffolk planners as they were not satisfied "there was a mechanism in place to ensure that the monies collected by the RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) procedure would be used as mitigation", planning documents said.
The documents also said the planners were satisfied "the development complied with the infill policy for Newbourne".
They also said: "The proposed dwellings would be in keeping with the scale of other dwellings in the area and represents infill development within the existing frontage.
"The proposed dwellings will also meet the social objective of sustainable development by helping to meet the need for new family homes in the area."
East Suffolk's planners will consider the latest attempt to build the homes in Newbourne at a later date.
