Staff from a care home in Ipswich are being called heroic after battling waist-high water and high winds to reach stranded residents.
Barking Hall was cut off as flood waters rose as Storm Babet battered the county.
Manager Rebecca Watkins and other members of her team waded through waist-high water to reach the care home to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.
Rover Rescue, a local emergency response organisation, arrived to rescue stranded staff and bring in additional carers who could not reach the home.

Ms Watkins said: "The team at Barking Hall has been amazing."
"Many have worked a 24-hour shift to ensure our residents' safety. I am honestly so proud of the team and their commitment to their residents".
Staff at Foxearth Lodge, in Woodbridge, are also being praised for their "exceptional compassion" after a driver delivering emergency medication was left stranded after his van submerged in flood water.
Staff at the care home offered him refuge, dry clothes, and a bed for the night.
