A road in a Suffolk town was closed after a tree has fallen down and brought down telephone cables.
School Lane in Woodbridge was shut until 5pm after a tree fell and broke a BT telegraph cable.
Please be advised that due to a fallen tree and telegraph cables at #Woodbridge on School Lane the road will be closed for some time - please find alternative routes in the meantime. Thanks for your patience

Ipswich police advised drivers to find alternative routes.
The road reopened a couple of hours later and the broken cable was reported to BT.
