Felixstowe has been described as "jolly, cheerful and bustling" as more people visit the town over the last month in the build-up to Christmas as businesses register busier month.
Lots of people have been flocking to the seaside town over the last month as they prepare for Christmas.
Throughout this month, events and activities have been held every weekend, with the Christmas light switch-on earlier in the month, as well as festive fun in Great Eastern Square, Hamilton Road and the town's 'triangle'.
Kate Cain, Felixstowe BID manager, said: "The town has been jolly, cheerful and bustling.
"We've had lots of good feedback.
"Most of the shops we have spoken to have said that they've been very busy.
"We've got some fantastic shops here, there's no reason to be ordering online.
"It's keeping the money in the town as well, and that stimulates the economy and provides more jobs.
"It's also a nice shopping experience so I am glad shops have had a busy month."
With the new Wi-Fi pods around the town, Felixstowe now gets footfall figures every month from East Suffolk Council, and while the results of December are not back in yet, with a predicted 40% increase in footfall year on year.
She continued: "We've started planning for 2024.
"We're putting out surveys to our board members to see what they'd like to see next year and we are looking forward to the Love Felixstowe Festival 2024 and building on our success and getting more and more people to the town."
