Hundreds of homes in and around Ipswich were left without power as a result of Storm Henk.
The county was battered by strong winds on Tuesday which left thousands of homes across the county without electricity on Wednesday morning.
UK Power Networks confirmed that 310 homes and businesses in and around the Ipswich area were without power.
A statement on its website reads: "Our engineers have arrived on site in the Hintlesham area to investigate reports of some low hanging overhead lines, the estimated time of 1pm and 2pm today hasn't changed."
It came after the county was hit by extreme weather on Tuesday which left a number of roads closed due to flooding and fallen tree.
An amber weather warning for strong winds was put in place for the whole of Suffolk on Tuesday and warned that power cuts were likely.
Power was fully restored to the area just after 4pm.
