Start off the year by tucking into some deals offered by Ipswich pubs and restaurants in January.
1. Hank's Dirty
Where: 66-88 St Helen's Street
Hank's Dirty is running a deal for 'Veganuary', a challenge which encourages people to follow a vegan lifestyle for a month.
The deal at the restaurant is offering a by one get one free deal for the whole of January.
It includes the chick'n shawarma kebab which is made from chick'n chunks, fries, salad, a sourdough wrap, chilli sauce and tzatziki.

2. Revolution Ipswich
Where: 1-7 Old Cattle Market
The £2.99 meal deal returns for 2024 including pizza, burger and chips, fish and chips, wrap and chips or an Asian salad.
New for this year is a whole vegan pizza or customers can skip straight to dessert and get a brownie.
The meal can be upgraded with a soft drink for an extra £1.50 or with a pint for an extra £2.
3. Miller & Carter
Where: Felixstowe Road, Nacton
The exclusive Rare Treat Menu includes hand-selected dishes from a selection of stakes to a barbecue-glazed chicken.
It is available all day from Sunday to Thursday and between 12pm and 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays throughout January.
Two courses are available from £22.50 or three courses for £26.50.

4. Forge Kitchen
Where: 1-3 Duke Street
Returning this month is Taco and Tequila Tuesdays.
Tacos will be available for just £1.50 each, with a minimum order of two tacos, and margaritas will cost £5 each all day.
Other deals on offer throughout January are Wings Wednesday and Bun and Rum Thursdays.
5. The Plough
Where: 2 Dogs Head Street
Select meals will cost only £7 on Mondays through to Thursdays.
The included meals are fish and chips, a cheeseburger, lasagne, chicken tikka masala, a southern fried chicken wrap, and a vegan burger.
The pub is also running a drinks offer with selected alcohol costing under £4.

6. Salthouse Harbour Hotel
Where: Neptune Quay
To give hospitality workers a break after a busy festive season, the Salthouse Harbour Hotel is offering free corkage on Sunday and Monday evenings.
Customers can bring their own bottle of wine with them to enjoy while dining on food from the menu.
When booking quote 'hospitality heroes' to enjoy the offer.
7. The Swan
Where: Westerfield Road, Westerfield
On Mondays through to Thursdays, diners at the Swan can get £10 off their meals after 5pm.
There is also a buy one get one half price deal for Sunday roasts.
All of the pubs owned by Deben Inns are running a deal of 50% off food on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5pm.
