Poundland has confirmed its store in an Ipswich shopping centre is set to close.
The national retailer first opened its branch inside the Sailmakers Shopping Centre in 2014.
However, it has been revealed the store will close its doors in February after they were unable to agree a new lease.
A spokesman said: "The store is due to close at the beginning of February as sadly, we’ve been unable to renew the lease.
"Whenever we have to close a store in those circumstances, we work hard to find other opportunities for colleagues.
"We look forward to welcoming customers to our Copdock store."
