Police are investigating after emergency services were called to a car fire in Ipswich.
Firefighters were called to Clapgate Lane off Nacton Road at about 5.25am on Monday.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said two firefighters were breathing apparatus and used a hose reel jet to tackle the blaze.
A Suffolk police spokesman said officers are investigating a "suspicious" car fire in Clapgate Lane.
They were called to the blaze at 5.40am by the fire service, the spokesman confirmed.
