Firefighters were at the scene of an incident in Ipswich.
Crews were called to reports of 'thick black smoke' coming from a building in Civic Drive at about 7am on Friday.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said crews are at the scene in a derelict building.

The spokeswoman was unable to give any more information at this time.
Appliances from Ipswich East, Woodbridge, Princes Street, Holbrook, Haverhill and Ixworth fire stations were at the scene.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the southbound side of Civic Drive was closed between the junctions of Handford Road and Princes Street as a result of the fire.
