There were further delays on the A12 following a crash near a garden centre.
Witnesses reported that the crash involved a motorbike just before 2.30pm near Dobbies Garden Centre in Woodbridge.
Suffolk police and the East of England Ambulance Service were said to be on the scene.
The incident has now cleared and there are no longer delays on the road.

It came after the A12 northbound at Capel St Mary was closed after an oil tanker overturned.
Police have also closed J55 Copdock Interchange and traffic is being diverted along local roads.
The road has been closed for 13 hours and is likely to remain closed throughout the day for a recovery operation.
