A man has been charged with multiple drug offences after officers found more than £10,000 and a quantity of drugs during a search. 

18-year-old Gabriel Szypulski appeared in Suffolk Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 16.

He appeared in court after police attended an address in Richmond Road, Ipswich at around 11.30am on Wednesday, May 15.

Officers also searched a home in Fulham Way and recovered almost £12,000 in cash as well as a quantity of suspected drugs.

Szypulski was arrested and taken to Martlesham police station for questioning. 

He was charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine, possession with intent to supply cannabis, possession of criminal property namely cash, being concerned in the supply of cocaine and being concerned in the supply of cannabis. 

Following his court apperance, he was released on bail pending a court hearing at Ipswich Crown Court at a later date.
