Two men who were arrested after the death of a baby in Ipswich last year have had their bailed extended again.
Emergency services were called to Wilbury House in Norwich Road on December 9 after a newborn baby was found dead outside the property.
Three people, two men and a female, were subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder.
The men, aged in their 30s, have been rebailed until Wednesday, August 14, a spokesman for Suffolk police has now confirmed.
Police said in December the female arrested as part of the investigation had been released pending further enquiries.
A Home Office post-mortem examination took place on Tuesday, December 12 and was inconclusive, with further tests required.
Ipswich residents were left devastated following the incident, which prompted police to set up a cordon outside the property where the infant was found dead.
One person said: "What can you say? This is devastating.
"Whatever can you say? I’ve been born and bred in this town. I’ve never heard of anything like this."
