A prolific thief who admitted repeatedly stealing Stella Artois beer from Sainsbury's in Ipswich has been handed a suspended sentence.
Ryan Grey, of Black Horse Lane in the town, appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on April 25.
The 35-year-old appeared before magistrates for sentencing having admitted seven counts of theft.

The seven charges each related to stealing from Sainsbury's in Ipswich in December last year and January this year.
There were five incidents where Grey took £6.25 worth of Stella Artois, one where he stole Stella Artois and a sandwich and one involving the theft of two sandwiches and two wraps.
Grey was told to pay the supermarket compensation for each of the thefts.
He was handed a jail term of six weeks, suspended for 12 months, with the sentence justified due to his "flagrant disregard for people and their property", a court listing said.
Grey was also instructed to complete 50 hours of unpaid work.
His guilty pleas were taken into consideration when he was sentenced at the court.
