Police were called to reports of a suspected affray in an Ipswich street last night.
Officers were alerted to an incident in Hervey Street, near Christchurch Park, at about 10.55pm on Wednesday (June 5).
An eyewitness said men were seen with metal poles.
However, a spokesman for Suffolk police said a victim nor suspects were located.
