A road in Ipswich will be closed for four nights for resurfacing works.

Workers will be carrying out resurfacing and kerbing maintenance overnight in Old Foundry Road, near Ipswich town centre, from Tuesday, June 11 to Saturday, June 15.

The road will be closed between 7pm and 5am for four nights as the repairs are carried out.

A diversion route will be in place down Upper Orwell Street, Orwell Place, Tacket Street, Upper Brook Street and Northgate Street.

Drivers have been warned of delays and advised to find alternative routes.
