The summer schedule for theatres and venues in Ipswich is packed full of recognisable faces and well-known names. 

Here are five celebrities you can spot in the town this summer.

1. Nadiya & Kai

In the show Nadiya and Kai will take audiences on a personal journey through their childhood memories and dancing on Strictly and beyond. 

Audiences can expect fabulous outfits, wonderful music and sensational dancing.

2. Anton & Giovanni

Fresh off their adventures in Spain, Anton & Giovanni reunite on stage to bring more fun, more dance and more entertainment. 

The dynamic double act will showcase different routines blending traditional and contemporary dance styles.

3. Trevor Nelson

The Summer Soul Festival is returning to Venue 16 with a host of DJs and acts performing in the line-up. 

Radio 2 DJ Trevor Nelson is headlining an hour long set expected to start around 6.20pm.

4. Miriam Margolyes

Known for her work and stage and on screen, Miriam Margolyes is returning to share more juicy details of her eventful life and career. 

The tour also celebrates the release of her best selling book, Oh Miriam! Stories from an Extraordinary Life.

5. David Essex

The internationally renowned singer, composer and actor is heading on tour again and performing at 20 venues across the UK. 

He is known for his performance as Jesus in Godspell and as playing Eddie, head of the Moon family, in Eastenders.
