The Tesco Express convenience store in Ipswich's Norwich Road is set to close temporarily from this weekend as it is set to undergo a refurbishment.
The store will close to customers at 6pm on Sunday and reopen again on Monday, July 1 at 6am.
The supermarket chain has confirmed that the closure will be for a "refresh" to improve the experience for customers.
A Tesco spokesperson said: “Our Express store on Norwich Road in Ipswich is temporarily closing for a refresh to improve the shopping experience for our customers.
"The store will be closed between June 16 and July 1.
"We apologise for the inconvenience and look forward to welcoming customers back to the refreshed store.”
The next nearest Tesco store will be the Express shop in St Matthew's Street, closer to the town centre.
The store in Norwich Road is usually open from 6am to 11pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 6am until 6pm on Sunday.
