Subway has confirmed one of its restaurants in Ipswich is set to close.
The fast-food chain's branch in Queen Street will shut when its lease expires, which is believed to be in November.
The building, 26-28 Queen Street, has been put on the market.
A spokesman for the company said the franchisee was looking into relocation options.
