Flocke, aged 16, and Tala, aged 4, moved to Suffolk in March this year to Jimmy's Farm to join Ewa, who came from Orsa Predator Park in Sweden after it was announced they were closing.
In a post on social media, Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park said: "We're excited to welcome Hope from Peak Wildlife Park."
Hope's cubs, Noori and Nanook, are old enough to be independent now and are staying at Peak Wildlife Park.
The polar bears are part of Jimmy's Farm's 'Lost Lands of the Tundra' reserve, which also features reindeer, arctic wolves and arctic foxes.
