A national care provider has moved to new and larger offices in Ipswich.
Prestige Nursing & Care has secured the lease on 2 Crown & Anchor Mews - a Grade II Listed property next to Pennikkity Pots Ceramics Café in Tower Ramparts.
Commercial agents Penn Commercial said it was pleased to have arranged the successful letting of the property on behalf of a long-standing client for a five-year term.
The property – occupying 97.7sq m (1,051sq ft) across two floors – will serve as the national care provider’s new office headquarters in Ipswich following a move from Silent Street.
The Class E property lies within the small courtyard development known as Crown & Anchor Mews, with access via Providence Street to the main retail thoroughfare of Westgate Street, where occupiers include Primark, Marks & Spencer, Clarks, W H Smith and Starbucks.
Lesley Tournay-Godfrey, branch manager at Prestige Nursing & Care Ipswich, said: “We are extremely excited about the move to Crown & Anchor Mews.
"It is a much larger office space for my team and more centrally located, which will allow us to have better access to the surrounding areas and enhance our position as a community hub.”
Rachael Jackson of Penn Commercial said they were delighted to have succeeded in relocating the business to the new office premises in the heart of Ipswich. "We wish them every success in their new headquarters,” she said.
