Suffolk Building Society's office in Ipswich has been put on sale as it prepares to relocate.
The Society has been in the Grade II listed Mutual House at Princes Street, since 2008, back when it used to be called Ipswich Building Society.
They announced last month that they aim to relocate to a new branch to a new site in Ipswich town centre and said that would be not far from their current location.
Now, their Princes Street office has been put on sale with an asking price of £750,000.
The society previously said that they will make sure the new branch is easy to find and will be focused on finding a place to meet face-to-face with their members to discuss savings and access to cash.
