A man has denied stealing a toy dog from Felixstowe.
On Wednesday, Marc Svensson appeared at Ipswich Crown Court for a plea and trial prepration hearing.
During the hearing Svensson, 62, pleaded not guilty to one count of theft.
Svensson, of Bramston Road, Minster On Sea, is accused of having stolen a black toy dog called ‘Hamish’, from Felixstowe on November 21, 2022.
He is expected to appear at a further hearing on September 23 before facing trial in 2026.
