Run to the tunes that Sam Morsy and the team take to the pitch this weekend as part of a special 5k run.
Runners are set to meet on Sunday, September 1 at Portman Road for the event.
The Fans 5K community event is open to people of all abilities and ages and will be completely free for anyone who wants to participate.
Music will be playing along the route from the organiser's party bag speakers, with the playlist set to include a match day set list and Ipswich Town's walk out song.
As well as this, a pop up goal will be put up outside the ground for all of those who wish to try their luck in a penalty shoot out.
Although the event is free, the organisers ask that a small donation is given towards Debra.
The run is organised by Carl Barthram and Chris Ford of the Pub Run Club, who organised a previous Fans 5K at the City Ground, home of fellow Premier League team Nottingham Forest.
The club aims to bring people together under the motto of "Have fun, get fit and be social".
All those wishing to attend should meet outside the official club shop at 11am on Sunday.
