A major health food shop has announced it will open its new Ipswich branch on Wednesday.
Holland & Barrett has said its new Tavern Street branch in the former Carphone Warehouse will open following the closure of their two other Ipswich branches.
Last month, the retailer's Buttermarket shopping centre branch closed ahead of the opening of the new one, and on Tuesday, the Westgate Street branch also closed to combine the two into one bigger store.
The 1,270 sq ft store comes with a fresh look and feel, with Holland & Barrett stating it can offer "an even better range of wellness solutions to customers and a better shopping experience for customers in Ipswich".
Store manager Martin Palman said: "The team and I are delighted to be moving right into the city centre of Ipswich, on Tavern Street.
"Our team of qualified to advise colleagues are dedicated to looking after the community’s health and wellness needs, our store team have over 25 years of combined experience at H&B.
"We can’t wait to welcome in new customers and look forward to serving your needs here in Ipswich."
