Here is a selection of the Suffolk pubs that have been added to a prestigious guide of the best boozers in the country.
The 52nd edition of the Campaign for Real Ale's (CAMRA) Good Beer Guide features 71 pubs across the county.
The guide lists the pubs that CAMRA considers to be the very best places to find a great pint in the UK.
More than 4,500 pubs from across the country are included in the guide.
The guide that was released on Thursday includes 15 new entries in Suffolk.
Nine of the new entries in Suffolk are:
- The Greyhound, Botesdale
- Queen's Head, Bramfield
- Five Bells, Cavendish
- Arcade Street Tavern, Ipswich
- Moon and Mushroom, Swilland
- Duke of Malborough, Somersham
- White Horse Inn, Edwardstone
- Oak Tavern, Lowestoft
- Dog, Grundisburgh
The 52nd edition of the Good Beer Guide has two covers featuring two pubs made famous for appearing in the ITV soaps Emmerdale and Coronation Street.
CAMRA chairman Ash Corbett-Collins said: "CAMRA’s mission is to ensure support from the government as well as tangible legislation to protect pubs across each nation of the UK.
"By next year’s edition of the Guide, we want to be talking about the beer and pub trade growing with the support of communities and parliament alike.”
The full list of the 15 Suffolk pubs can be found inside the Good Beer Guide, which can be purchased on CAMRA's website.
