An Ipswich business has tattooed a record number with nearly 240 people receiving a free baby footprint tattoo.
The team at Lucky 13 Tattoo Studio, in St Margaret Street, inked the design on 238 people in aid of baby loss awareness on Thursday.
This beats last year's impressive total by one, with staff seeing nearly 20 people every hour.
Unlike last year, the studio did not have to overrun the 8am to 8pm session.
Jamie Hart, one of the studio's owners, said that they saw a large queue of parents come to the studio at 8am, and then a large influx also came to them at 5pm.
He said that this allowed for a quiet afternoon, which helped the artist get some food.
The event was held by Lucky13 for baby loss awareness week.
Mr Hart said: “When it comes to baby loss awareness week we want to show our support and give people a little symbolisation of it just to keep the memory alive.
"Everyone in our studio has been affected by loss, including myself, so it is something that's very close to our hearts.
"We just want to give everyone a little bit of hope and support and show that they are not alone."
Parents could get either have the feet outlined in blue, pink or black, if they wished for it symbolise the gender of their baby if they wanted to.
Josie Green was among those to get a tattoo, she said: "It was nice for me to get this little feet as a tattoo.
"It is a nice way to remember the child we lost."
Samuel Skinner, 29, from Ipswich, said: “My partner and I lost our boy earlier this year, and the pain of it was very tough on both of us.
"So for us, it is great to see this tattoo shop doing something to raise awareness and show us and parents like us that we aren't alone in the pain that we felt."
After receiving the tattoo, every customer was offered a candle from the studio to light as part of the awareness week.
