An Ipswich man accused of arson will have to wait until June 2026 for his trial to take place.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday ( October 21) for a plea and trial preparation hearing was 39-year-old Jason Nicholls, of Leighton Road, Ipswich.
He pleaded not guilty to an offence of arson which was allegedly committed on November 11 last year.
Nicholls’ trial, which is expected to last two or three days, will take place during a two week warned period commencing June 22 2026.
A pre-trial review will take place on June 17 2026.
Nicholls is on bail.
