A café which recently opened in Ipswich is now seeking to let out part of its premises as an off-licence.
Barlas Café, in Hawthorn Drive, Chantry, said it was "delighted to sell beautiful coffee made with a passion" when it opened on August 1.
Three months later the café has temporarily closed for repairs to its heating, extractor fan and cooker.
Owner Abdullah Barlas also says he is also looking to turn part of the premises into a third-party operated off-licence.
They are looking to convert the left half of the premises into a shop, while the right half will remain as a café - but he has not yet obtained planning approval.
Barlas Café will reopen in November and will operate as normal for now.

Mr Barlas added: "So far things have been really good and we have been selling lots of coffee every day. However, although we will keep improving we also need to look at other options. We are currently in discussion with the council and at this time we are waiting to hear back from them.
"We are hoping to be open again by November and we are so grateful for our customers in Chantry! Everybody is so friendly and welcoming to us and we would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported us so far."
