An Ipswich pub is back on the market a year on after attempts to refurbish and bring it back into business.
The Inkerman Pub on Norwich Road was taken over by Simon Musk last year, with hopes to reopen it as The Guv'nor by Christmas 2023 - however, he was delayed by continuing repair works on the site.
The pub has now been put back on the market, by property group Cited to both buy and let.
The pub is near the double roundabout on Norwich Road, on its junction with Chevallier Street and Valley Road.
It has been out of use since 2022 and was subsequently put on sale by the previous owner Admiral Taverns.
Mr Musk then took over the venue with his firm Musk Pubs and Bars and has plans for major refurbishment works on both the inside and outside of the venue, as well as turning the rooms upstairs into overnight accommodation.

However, the property has now been put back on sale with a Rateable Value of £5,750 and the agents said that the first floor of the property is still in need of refurbishments.
A Cited Properties spokesman said: "The premises benefit from an exciting redevelopment opportunity to create units suitable for convenience stores and drive-through/drive-to operators.
"With good visibility from Norwich Road, the premises could be split to accommodate a variety of sizes, along with an opportunity to demise up to 20 car parking spaces."
Mr Musk has been approached for a comment.
