An Ipswich man is to appear in court on suspicion of sexually touching a male over the age of 16.
Lee Proctor, of Roundwood Road, will appear before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on Monday December 23, in connection with an incident earlier this year.
The 43-year-old was charged with intentional sexual touching following an alleged incident on Monday, June 3.
