Ipswich Town has started investigating after an away fan fell from a balcony during an FA Cup match at Portman Road on Saturday.
The club said that they are aware of an incident involving a Maidstone United supporter in the Cobbold Stand at Portman Road on Saturday, January 27.
Videos circling on social media site X (formerly Twitter) show a man rolling down the balcony overhang and landing on the Ipswich Town supporters below.

A spokesman for the club said that "the club is investigating the issue thoroughly."
The incident happened during the Emirates FA Cup fourth-round fixture which saw Maidstone United winning the game 2-1.
The man is believed to have fallen from a balcony in the Cobbold Stand when the away team scored their first goal.
Ipswich Town FC say they will ensure that any of the affected parties are contacted and updated with the outcome of their ongoing investigation.
